General Terms and Conditions

About Fanzzy

Fanzzy is a digital enterprise based in the Netherlands. We offer both digital products and graphic design services on a quote basis.

Digital Products

• Payment and delivery: All payments are processed via Stripe. After successful payment, you will receive a download link via email.
• Validity of downloads: The download link is valid for 5 days from the time of purchase. After this period, the link expires.
• Usage: Purchased digital products are for personal use only. It is prohibited to copy, resell, or share them without permission from Fanzzy.
• Fines: In case of violation of the terms of use, a standard fine of €200 per violation applies, with the right to take legal action.

Graphic Design Services

• Quotes: All graphic design work is carried out based on an approved quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the issue date unless otherwise stated.
• Revisions: The first design includes 2 revision rounds. Additional revisions will be charged separately according to the rate specified in the quote.
• Usage and Intellectual Property: Fanzzy retains the intellectual property of the design until full payment is made. After payment, the client obtains standard usage rights. Reuse, modification, or resale of the design without permission is not allowed.

Refund Policy

• For digital products: Refunds are not possible.
• For graphic design services: Payment is due only after the completion and approval of the assignment.

Small Business Scheme (KOR)

Fanzzy is exempt from VAT under the Dutch Small Business Scheme. All prices on our website and quotes include any applicable taxes. By purchasing a product or service, you agree that Fanzzy does not charge VAT.

Liability

• Fanzzy is not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of profit or missed business opportunities, resulting from the use of our products or services.
• For technical failures affecting your ability to download, we are only liable if the failure is caused by our system.
• For graphic design services, our liability is limited to the amount charged for the relevant assignment.

International Clients

International clients are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations.
